About clean the tube of PTFE 3D printer
Large capacity series
Particles in the throat of PTFE 3D printer will hinder the smooth movement of the filament. Clean the tube of 3D printer ptfe tube at least once a month, or after encountering filament grinding problems. To clean the tube of PTFE 3D printer, it must be removed from the printer.
Remove the filament first and read how to operate in the "removing filament" guide
Move the printer to the maintenance position and lower the print head.
Press macro > maintenance
You can also use PTFE to lubricate between the magnet and the ball.
Remove the blue clip from the print head (if any)
Press the black ring down with your fingers, and then pull the tube up away from the print head.
Press the black ring on the feeder / extruder motor and pull out the tube.
Cut off a small sponge or wrap a tissue in it. Insert it into the feeder end of the tube of PTFE 3D printer and push it through the tube with the length of the filament. Put the test tube back into the printer and observe the correct side of the test tube at the correct position of the printer / print head. (the print head side of the tube is slightly chamfered on the outside)

Clean the print head and nozzle PTFE 3D printer throat.
3D printers melt and extrude hundreds of kilograms of material over their lifetime. All the material will squeeze out of the nozzle and spray
The diameter of the mouth is very small, like a grain of sand. After a long time, there will inevitably be some problems, resulting in the extrusion is not smooth. cause
There are many reasons for nozzle blockage, usually due to the accumulation of residue in the material during the printing process, or the expansion of the material in the duct
All these factors affect the smooth extrusion of materials.
Step 1: press the feed manually
The first thing to do is to raise the temperature of the print head, open the 3D printer control panel, and heat the nozzle to the temperature that can melt the consumables, usually 230 degrees. Next, click "feed" and try to manually press a small part of wire (such as 10 mm wire) into the nozzle. When the extruder starts to run, gently squeeze the wire into the nozzle by hand. In many cases, this downward pressure can make the wire smoothly penetrate the blocked part.
Step 2: refeeding
Step 3: dredge the pipe or nozzle
If the nozzle still can't squeeze out, you may need to clear the throat or nozzle. Many users will heat the print head first, and then use a very thin 1.5mm hexagon wrench (or guitar E-line) to dredge the throat or nozzle. If dredging doesn't work, consider changing a pipe or nozzle. There are many other methods, different nozzles are different, so you can also consult the manufacturer to get some
Suggestions for use.
