PTFE Hose Assembly
Besteflon offers PTFE hose assemblies with a wide variety of options available to you, such as 1/8'' to 1'' smooth bore lined, 1/4'' to 2'' convoluted bore lined, 3/8'' to 1'' smooth & convoluted bore lined.
Stainless steel braided PTFE smooth bore or convoluted hose assemblies can be used with different types of fittings and accept custom lengths, but require specialized PTFE ferrules to crimp. It is more difficult to crimp PTFE convoluted hose than smooth bore hose, so we use specially customized ferrules for convoluted hoses for better crimping.
Available materials: Stainless steel 304 / 316, zinc plated, anodized aluminum alloy and etc.
Available threads: JIC, NPT, UNF, SAE, AN, BSPT, BSPP, Metric and etc.
Available types: Swivel female or male fittings, adapters, connectors, banjos, ANSI/JIS/EN/GB flange ends, sanitary coupling, AN hose ends and etc.
Available processing: Straight cuffed, flared, flanged ends.
Besteflon provides hose cutting, installing, crimping service, can be produced according to customer’s drawings or requirements. The knowledge of crimping hose and fittings can be provided if you buy PTFE hoses and fittings from us.
